Janet Yellen, Treasury Secretary, is going on her first trip in Asia since she took office. She hopes to build momentum for a complex effort that will limit the price of Russian oil.

Yellen, 

who was previously the chair of the Federal Reserve, will depart Saturday for a 10-day trip that will include stops in Tokyo, Seoul, and Tokyo. Between, she will attend the Group of 20 finance Ministers gathering in Bali (Indonesia), July 15-16.
